This Privacy Policy explains how Your Earnings Calendar (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our Chrome extension (“Extension”).

What we store

• Watchlist & settings: tickers you add, tags, and preferences.
• Calendar actions (optional): if you connect Google Calendar, events are created only when you request it.
• Sharing (optional): if you use sharing/referral features, you may enter a recipient name/email.

Where it lives

• Chrome extension storage: locally and/or via Chrome Sync (depending on your browser settings).
• Google services (optional): authentication and calendar actions use Google OAuth / Google APIs if enabled.

Google User Data Usage

If you choose to connect your Google account, the Extension uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request permission to create, modify, or delete Google Calendar events only at your direction.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features within the Extension. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, data mining, resale, or marketing purposes.

We do not access or store your Google account password. We only receive limited OAuth access tokens necessary to perform requested calendar actions.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share Google user data with third parties.

Google user data may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security safeguards to protect user data, including:

• OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google
• Encrypted HTTPS (TLS) transmission for all API requests
• Secure storage of tokens within Chrome extension storage
• Least-privilege permission scopes

Sensitive information is encrypted in transit and protected against unauthorized access.

Google API Services Compliance

Your Earnings Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
• We do not collect browsing history.

Retention

Watchlist/settings remain until you delete them, clear browser storage/sync, or uninstall the Extension. Calendar events you create remain in Google Calendar until you delete them.
