Your Earnings Calendar (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our browser extension and related services.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address and basic profile information when you sign in with Google.
- Watchlist data: tickers you add, earnings dates, priorities, and preferences.
- Sharing data: shared calendar selections, referral entries, names, and email addresses you choose to enter.
- Subscription data: membership status, Stripe customer ID, and Stripe subscription ID.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.
How We Use Information
- To provide earnings calendar tracking and syncing features.
- To support Google Calendar integration when requested.
- To enable sharing and referral features.
- To manage Premium subscriptions and billing status.
- To improve reliability and user experience.
Google User Data
If you connect your Google account, we use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and to perform calendar actions only when you request them.
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, or unrelated Google services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, resale, or marketing purposes.
Your Earnings Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where Data Is Stored
- Browser storage: local and/or Chrome Sync storage depending on your browser settings.
- Backend database: user account, watchlist, calendar sharing, membership, and subscription status.
- Google Calendar: calendar events created only when you request them.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers.
Data may be disclosed only when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data Security
- OAuth 2.0 authentication through Google.
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for API requests.
- Least-privilege access principles.
- Secure handling of Stripe subscription identifiers.
Data Retention
Watchlist and settings remain until you remove them, clear browser storage, or uninstall the extension. Subscription records may be retained for billing, compliance, and account management. Google Calendar events remain in your Google Calendar until you delete them.
Your Choices
- You may disconnect Google access at any time.
- You may delete browser-stored data by clearing extension storage or uninstalling the extension.
- You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time.
Third-Party Services
We use Google APIs for authentication and calendar features, and Stripe for payments. Their own privacy policies and terms apply separately.
