Use of Service

• Do not use the sharing or referral features to send unauthorized or abusive content.

Your Earnings Calendar is provided for informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Earnings dates, company information, and market-related data may change or be inaccurate. We do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed.

Accounts and Access

Some features may require Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity associated with your account.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the extension may create, modify, or delete calendar events only based on actions you request.

Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• If you cancel, Premium access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Free and Premium Limits

Free and Premium plans may include different limits for personal tickers, shared calendars, and related features. We may change plan limits or feature availability from time to time.

Sharing Features

If you share your calendar or invite others, you are responsible for the information you choose to share. Do not enter or share information without permission.

Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party services including Google APIs and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for financial losses, trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.
